  • Digital downloads or custom-made items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

💸 Refunds

• Approved returns: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Partial refunds: May apply if item shows signs of use or damage.

🚚 Return Shipping

• You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we messed up.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We’re not liable for lost return packages.

❌ Order Issues

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

• We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.

📦 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
